If you purchase eTracka One or eTracka Patterns and are not completely satisfied with the software and service provided, we will refund the full purchase price to you (less any commission that has been paid to an Introducer, if applicable), subject to your refund application being received by us within forty-two (42) days of the purchase date.
To apply for a refund, you should contact us by email at enquiry@innset.com.au, with the words “Refund Application” in the subject line.
We will also grant a refund to any person of any fees paid to us in circumstances where we are required by law to give the person a refund.
